How do I choose my vegetable weight?
There will be multiple weight option when you click into the product. From there you can choose the weight for your vegetable and fruits.
How do I make a return?
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of unused product (s) within 10 calendar days from the order delivery date.
Please submit a return request at us at email@example.com using the subject ‘request return – order number’.
You can return the product(s) by mailing it to the following address with the actual receipt of purchase:

Returned products must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. All goods will be inspected on return.
How do I make a replacement?
You may replace your item due to any of the following reasons:
- Wrong product - The product SKU does not match the quotation / invoice / receipt.
- Damaged - The product SKU arrived with damaged exterior packaging. The item should remain unopened, and 3 clear photographs should be taken of the product.
- Defective - The product SKU arrived with damaged interiors, only noticeable after packaging has been opened.
When will my order be processed?
Hejia works with farms and wholesalers who have their own warehousing and logistics facilities.
In general, orders take 1-2 business days after payment is made.
When you receive a quotation, please note the payment period and the estimated delivery date on the quotation.
Estimated delivery dates are a best estimate, and may differ according to traffic or logistics availability.
Once payment has been made according to the payment period, any changes from the estimated delivery date will be communicated directly to the customer.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free delivery when the order has reached or exceeds MOQ. It is estimated that your product (s) will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
Unfortunately we are only able to deliver within Malaysia for the time being. We are working on expanding our sales internationally. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know your interest in our products.
How do I order an out of stock product?
If you’re interested in an out of stock product, click on the ‘notify me when back in stock’ button. We do not necessarily restock due to various reasons such as manufacturer’s availability and demand. However, if we do restock you’ll be notified and you can place an order through backorder.

What if I ordered a wrong size or color?
We do not provide exchange of size or color. Please submit a return and reorder the correct size or color.
