How do I make a return?

We are sorry to announce that Lollipop products are not refundable / exchanged.



When will my order be processed?

In general, orders take 1-2 business days after payment is made.

Once payment has been made according to the payment period, any changes from the estimated delivery date will be communicated directly to the customer.



What is your shipping policy?

We offer free delivery when the order has reached or exceeds MOQ. It is estimated that your product (s) will be delivered within 1-2 working days.

Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver within Malaysia for the time being. We are working on expanding our sales internationally. Please contact us at lollipopfreshmart@gmail.com to let us know your interest in our products.
