This salad bowl is simple to make, beautiful and very nourishing. Make sure to include a lot of veggies and several colours and textures to make it even more attractive to eat and enjoy. We used cherry tomatoes, avocado, red cabbage, butterhead lettuce, carrot, zucchini, walnuts and some pomegrate seeds. 


Why mix all the ingredients of a salad together? When you arrange them on a plate or in a bowl, the beautiful colours will pop out even more. You can use any dressing you like to complete this satisfying meal.


8 cherry tomatoes in halves

½ avocado in thin slices

50 g red cabbage, shredded

20 g butterhead lettuce, in small leaves

1 carrot in ribbons

50 g zucchini noodles

1 handfull of walnuts

some pomegranate seeds
